By accessing or using nationNXTus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. About nationNXTus
nationNXTus is an online educational platform providing examination preparation resources, including online test series, practice tests, previous year questions (PYQs), study materials, performance-related information, and other educational content.
The platform may introduce additional examinations, products, features, or services from time to time.
2. Eligibility
You may use nationNXTus if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you should use the platform with the knowledge and consent of your parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information while creating or using your account.
3. Account Registration
Certain features and paid products may require you to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Not share your account with another person.
- Immediately notify nationNXTus if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- Be responsible for activities carried out through your account.
nationNXTus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Test Series and Digital Products
All test series and other digital products purchased through nationNXTus are provided for educational and examination-preparation purposes. A purchased product may include:
- Online mock tests.
- Practice questions.
- Previous year questions.
- Explanations and solutions.
- Performance reports.
- Rankings or comparative statistics, where applicable.
- Other educational content specifically mentioned in the product description.
The exact contents of a product are determined by its product description at the time of purchase. nationNXTus may update, modify, correct, replace, or improve questions, explanations, tests, and other educational content where reasonably necessary.
5. Product Access, Test Count and Duration
- Each nationNXTus test-series product has a predefined and limited number of tests, as specified on the respective product page at the time of purchase.
- The number of tests included in a product may vary depending on the examination and product.
- A product may contain a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 tests, unless otherwise specifically stated on the product page.
- Purchasing a product does not provide unlimited access to newly created tests or future test series.
- The number of tests included in the product is fixed at the time of purchase, subject to corrections, replacements, or reasonable updates by nationNXTus.
- The applicable access duration will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page before purchase.
- Access to the purchased product will expire automatically at the end of the stated access period.
- Expiry of access does not create any entitlement to an extension, additional tests, or a refund unless otherwise stated by nationNXTus.
- nationNXTus may temporarily restrict access because of maintenance, technical issues, security concerns, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Pricing and Payments
- Prices of products are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise specified.
- You agree to pay the price applicable at the time of purchase.
- nationNXTus may change product prices, discounts, offers, or promotional pricing at any time. Such changes will not affect purchases that have already been successfully completed, except where required by law or in cases of obvious pricing errors.
- Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. You may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.
- nationNXTus does not store complete payment-card information on its own servers where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because nationNXTus primarily provides digitally delivered educational products, purchases may become non-refundable once access to the purchased digital product has been granted or the product has been used.
Refund requests, where applicable, will be considered in accordance with the refund policy displayed on the relevant product page or the applicable nationNXTus refund policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access to a purchased product, you should contact nationNXTus with the relevant purchase details so that the issue can be investigated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on nationNXTus, including questions, explanations, designs, branding, and code is owned by or licensed to nationNXTus. Purchasing a test series provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right for your own educational preparation.
9. Prohibited Use
You must not share credentials, resell, upload, redistribute on Telegram/WhatsApp, scrape, or commercially exploit nationNXTus test materials.
10. Previous Year Questions and Third-Party Content
PYQs are provided for educational reference. References to examination authorities (such as MPSC) do not imply official partnership or endorsement.
11. Accuracy of Educational Content
nationNXTus makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy. However, candidates should verify critical exam dates and keys with official notifications.
12. Examination Results Disclaimer
Scores, analytics, and percentile stats are for self-assessment and do not guarantee selection or score in actual competitive examinations.
13. Availability of the Platform
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access during maintenance or network events.
14. Third-Party Services
Use of third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, etc.) is subject to their applicable terms and policies.
15. User Conduct
Users must use the platform responsibly without disrupting systems or circumventing access controls.
16. Suspension & Termination
Accounts involved in content piracy, credential sharing, or unauthorized access may be terminated without refund.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nationNXTus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify nationNXTus against claims arising from violation of these Terms.

22. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate Indian courts.
